So they've taken it a step further.

today? Today, we're going to discuss Kratom and fitness.

Kratom and fitness.

Yeah, so I'll go over how I use Kratom in my daily workout routines.

So there's a difference between like the indigenous like leaves and sort of the hyper concentrated product that people make.

Kratom.

People were talking about kratom that, that, that... kind of thing from Southeast Asia that people use for pain and for opiate addiction.

You know, you make a little Kratom tea, it helps your aches and pains, or if you're withdrawing for opiates, it can help with that.

But now they have these super concentrated products, it's called 7-OH, people are getting really addicted to them.

And we're seeing a lot of people in the addiction clinic for Kratom, for withdrawal, it's like someone withdrawing from heroin.

So again, I agree with you, whether it's tobacco, coca leaves, or kratom, botanical products, I agree it's a lot safer if it's just the natural leaf that hasn't been concentrated a thousand times and laced with industrial chemicals.

Yeah, straight straight out of the earth is better.

Botanic Tonics is a company that makes a product.

It's a kratom drink.

Kratom is this herb that kind of gets you high and is somewhat addictive.

And, in fact, it's called Feel Free is the name of their product, the Botanic Tonics.

And they were being prosecuted by the Justice Department because their drink causes dependence, depression, paranoia, withdrawal symptoms comparable to opioids.

That you linked up with because you're fat and you're wearing pajamas.

How do you draw them in? You have a Twitter account with 30,000 followers and you make a Kratom meme? That's what reels them in when you're 22? When you're 22, what do you have to attract a quality woman? The fact that you're skinny? Like whatever, whatever it is.

The Rensselaer County Legislature voted Tuesday night to ban katram sales and distribution.

Several speakers asked the legislature to amend the law to instead regulate, um, kratom.

Um, the village of Menands decided not to enact a ban since Albany County had recently passed one.

Kratom is used to relieve pain and promote energy, but it carries a risk of addiction, abuse, seizures, and liver toxicity.

But yes, the North Dakota legislature convened in a special session last week.

It was called by Governor Armstrong because there was concerns about this natural leaf product called kratom.

And there was concerns about citizens of North Dakota being put in danger because of how available it was at just convenience stores.

And there was concerns of people getting addicted and people overdosing.

Don't get me wrong.

But when you start talking about the fentanyls and some of these other things, these gas station opiates, 70H or whatever it's called, and Kratom and all that stuff.

And, um, you know, I got a very good friend that I went to treatment with, um, younger kid that, that has his, his drug of, um, of choice was.

Nitrous, you know, he would get big tanks of nitrous, you know, and he was very much caught up in the grip of that.
