CK United go six from six, KCLR Shield Semi-Finals, Ballymurphy are Division 3 O35's Champions, Carlow League Secretary Brian O'Reilly and more

So yeah, let's just dive straight into things then, shall we? Why not? So I, like a madman, decided to go down to Killarney on the weekend.

There was times where I was like, am I sure I want to do this? I think I got halfway there and I was like...

I think I got to like the M8 or something and I was like, are you sure I want to do this? I don't know which one it was.

One of the motorways anyway.

I was getting on and I was like, am I sure I want to do this? Is it too late to turn back? I kept going anyway and yeah, look, it was a cracking match.

Worth it just to see the smiles on people's faces, you know, when they saw me coming and When they saw I was there.

And yeah, I thought it was important to be able to give the lads some coverage.

Especially with this debut season, you know, it was one of those that I definitely kind of thought, you know what, why not do it, you know.

It was, you know, it was important for me to make sure that the lads did have some coverage, and especially with the win, you know.

And, yeah, it was a cracking match.

CK obviously went 2-0 up within...

Ten minutes-ish.

Seven minutes in, Mamadou Doumbia getting on to the end of Dean Kelly's corner.

I mean, if Mamadou Doumbia's getting on, you know, you're not going to beat him to a ball, realistically.

If he's getting anywhere near a ball, you ain't getting near it, trust me.

The guy is huge.

He's an absolute unit at the back.

And then left back Dan McGrath scored as well to make it 2-0.

And then CK kind of just sat back a little bit.

They just, I don't know, they let Killarney back into it.

They just, I didn't really think Killarney were...

You know, CK were dominant in the early stages and then they just kind of just, I don't know, something just went off and they kind of just played Killarney's game and Killarney kind of came back into it, made it 2-1 then, just four half time, makes things interesting.

Three minutes into the second half, Ethan Boyle gets sent off.

Second yellow, probably a little bit harsh.

I don't think he really did too much.
