I have a ton of questions, but before we get into this, the questions here, let's talk about Trellis for a little bit, and I'm going to come back to STR Tech Report, and I'm curious about your ice hockey to STR journey.

But, all right, so I'm curious about Trellis specifically because before we started talking, I was like, hey, is it a PMS? And you're like, no, no, it's not a PMS.

But when I think about this, I'm very curious how, I don't want to say smart enough or intelligent enough because, again, I still don't understand it.

Because I'm genuinely coming from a place of trying to understand this and kind of wrap my head around it.

But I know that we're at a tipping point right now where agents are starting to get really, really good.

And so for Trellis, when you say it kind of built itself from end to end for a short-term rental operation... for people to be able to kind of run their business hands off.

Can you explain a little bit more granular what you mean by that? Do you mean that if I were to come in and say, hey, I have my 30 short-term rentals that I want to implement into Trellis without knowing anything, what's the next spot? What's going to happen next? How is this going to work? Are you going to like, I sign me to an agent and this agent's going to start building my communications, my tech stack, my pricing, my automation? What do you mean by that? all of that?

So what Trellis does, first thing is that it's going to unify all the operational data of your business into one platform.

And then it will deploy AI agents that actually execute the operations across the different tools that you use.

So first of all, Trellis is not something, at least today, that can be used as a standalone.

So all your listings are on the PMS and then they're broadcasted into the different platforms.
