It literally doesn't matter what your diagnosis is, doesn't matter any medical history you've had.
So what I'm doing with all these episodes is I want to just read a list to start off so you gu- so you can get a sense of if you might be stuck in this trap.
You always wanna test to confirm, like, have a real literal test, um, to confirm, and there's different types of tests which we're not jumping into in all these episodes because that would make them, like, two, two times as long.
But there's a variety of tests that can tell us information on what ways and how much you are stuck in certain traps, but one of my favorite tests is free and immediate, and it's your symptoms and sometimes health history.
Listen for how many of these you say yes to or how many of these you, you resonate with, and that's gonna give you a very good initial sense if you are stuck in this trap of hidden pathogens.
So some of the symptoms you might be dealing with, you have acid reflux that won't go away, meaning, like...
Like, if you're having bloating that if it's worse at night, big sign of a hidden pathogen in your body.
If your bloating is best in the morning, then gets worse throughout the day, or it's, um, you get bloated with just drinking water, very, very red flag, um, of a pathogen inside you.
Like, I feel like there's this thing out there about things get worse with age.
I do know with women, as you kind of cross into perimenopause and menopause, that definitely neurological symptoms can, can increase.
So yes, if you're in, like, perimenopause, menopause region, it might be more related to that.
But if you're not, like I was in my 20s, should, you know, should've been having a normal period, um, ADHD symptoms that are just steadily getting worse can actually be a sign of hidden pathogens in your body.
It literally doesn't matter what your diagnosis is, doesn't matter any medical history you've had.
