Ragan WallakeGuestYou know, you know, one of the things that I love about you guys is that, you know, we aren't all supermodels such as yourselves.
However, you make us feel that way, and you're very inclusive, and you're very inclusive to all ages as well, 'cause I think I've got, you know, 10, 20 years on both of you.
And I think that's what I want people to really get from this too is the kindness level.
Because you're so approachable, you're so kind, and you're so inclusive to everybody.

Yeah, I mean, I, I have a really strong why of it for me other than, you know...

I mean, originally it probably was a little bit more, [laughs] more like aesthetic as to why I got so into health and wellness.

... with my own health journey and then watching my, my father pass in my 20s and watching my mother be, you know, go through severe health issues to where she's in a home in memory care in a wheelchair and is here but not here, y- years if not decades before she should be, uh, you know, it's more than just like aesthetic for me.

I, I, I wish I wouldn't have struggled so much with my health and wellness, and I definitely, you know, feel like this is a love letter to my parents.

Like, if I can put this information out so more people can live their purpose and not let their health issues be what's dragging them from, from doing what they're meant to be doing or more of it or loving more or enjoying their life more, like that feels, that feels really purposeful.

And again, like with the science of it with Julie and Regan, who's also a nutritionist, it, it, it's, it's, a lot of times it's just like breaking it down and these seemingly simple habits create the most profound results.

And a lot of times it's not that we're doing something wrong with what we're eating or motivated, it's there's something un- lying underneath.

So if you have gut issues, if you have inflammation issues, if you have detoxification issues, that's gonna come out aesthetically through your skin, through your hair, through your nails, through your energy.

But we may think, "Oh, let me just grab a bunch of supplements or take a bunch of peptides and hope that that's gonna solve the problem," but you're not realizing like, hey, your t- being tired isn't a, isn't a, you know, is actually rooted in like an iron issue, and here's three ways you can deal with iron that doesn't mean taking a bunch of supplements.
