yeah yeah exactly and i think especially with creative work because i recently wrote this piece about it's it's called or it speaks about the idea what are you willing to pay to get paid so a lot of times with our creative work we're like okay i want to be paid as a creative and then you end up kind of selling your soul in a way or selling your passion to get paid and i'm not saying creative shouldn't be paid they should be paid a lot of money but it's like If I now feel like my creative work is just a task list and I'm just churning out things and I'm not actually doing the thing that I originally loved so much, is the price too high for doing this? And I think it's just reflecting on that as well.

What price are we actually paying for it?

And on the topic of price and what we're willing to pay for it, you also shared a story with me in our preparation where you mentioned that you feel design has been, what's the word, misused or let's go with misused for... for purposes that we might not support as a design community.

I'm curious, like from your lens, cause you media director prescript, but you're also like a creative in your own right.

And you know, a ton of coaches will hire you for photography work or you do creative work outside of a prescript outside of fitness.

Even I'm curious, like, What has in your world been like the biggest change that you see like in the creative space? I

might get some flack for it, but like it's quantity has dropped and quantity has increased.

But society does not say, "Oh, good job.

You did your creative work, un- you know, your job o- your mission," like Corinne was saying.

Um, yeah.

So we ha- have to be like kind of badass warriors and say-

At 4 p.m., he had the third walk of the day, usually around the sandwalk again, sometimes with company.

So Darwin worked roughly three hours of focused creative work per day across two sessions.

And he has contributed vastly to humanity and wrote 19 books.

That's just absurd.

It really helps.

I mean, before we get off of this, and I know it's probably like a whole episode of solely on mental creative work.

Last night, I was feeling really anxious.

And I thank God for my husband for having done this work himself and everything.

But it was like my choice to unwind was to just paint.

And it was like I'd been doing all this creative work all day and I think it was like there was no...

There's no rules now, and I could just unspool the help.

Well, after talking to you now and being encouraged in that way, I totally am.

There's also this thing that's interesting with creative work where... what you were talking about, like protecting yourself creatively.

Like I wrote this thing and I sent out a draft of different people and I got really, people were like, yes, we have to make this.

I got a DP who wants to work pro bono.
