And I actually phoned my tutor because I was like, right, I need to know I failed.

So I need to sign up to redo the course before I get married and go on my honeymoon.

She's like, why do you think you failed? But the reason I share this is like when I was training, And they're quite autistic of, well, this is how perhaps this bit is.

And over time, all the different trainings I've done, you know, I then did head massage and whatever.

But now, knowing the families we support, the parents we know, Actually, very few parents I know have got the opportunity to have a treatment like that.

If I can share something that's like literally a few moments and say, you know, one of my biggest things that I have to talk about is come and put your hand on your heart.

That's a brilliant time to perhaps give yourself a little squidge, you know, perhaps say something lovely to yourself, like, I'm enough.

You know, I'm not into, oh, the world is, you know, just something really simple of, I'm enough.

And learning how to weave this in so that when life does get really difficult, my new phrase is, you know, being at the Greek wedding and the plates are just, you know, being smashed everywhere.

We've got those resources and we might be lucky enough to remember and remind ourselves,

And I know for my own self, my own regulation needs different things at different times.

And again, a bit like our kids, one of the things that I've loved, you know, that neuro-linguistic program talks a lot about our senses is having my sensory bag.
