I'm curious if you can frame it because I feel like you could do a better job than I could about, um, the sort of dynamic between dignity, humility, posture, collapse, and I wanna talk about the role that that plays in men's work, in men's lives.

So Ben's asking about a framework from authentic relating that is a framework for looking at how we're being in connection and these different patterns that show up for us really as a informational kind of reference point for how we're being and how we want to kind of choose differently based on that information.

And so this is something we used in our men's group recently that we just recently finished a six week cohort experience.

And yeah, it was really interesting to see the spectrum, right? The spectrum where men fall.

We're potentially cutting ourselves off from ourselves, whether that's numbing ourselves, distracting ourselves, not taking up space.

And that, I think, is seen pretty ubiquitously in men these days, given sort of the response to feminism.

I think that's one of the responses that some of our generation maybe has fallen into.

But collapse, given the ways of being that manifest there, it can have certain results that diminish our experience and can deter us from kind of living the fulfilling life of connection that we want to experience.

And so posture is maybe more traditionally associated with masculinity, machismo, angry men, men that are CEOs, very productive, very outwardly focused.
