Well, I think particularly after I turned 40, and particularly as I've got older and you're watching your kids grow up and you wanna, you know, feel good, I think now I feel grateful for every year that I get a little bit older.
Like, whereas I think I used to be in fear of it, I'm very much more focused onHow I look after myself.
I'm very much, like, I, you know, I look after my, my fitness health, I look after what I eat.
Obviously, skincare now, as we're speaking, that's a really big priority for me.
And I think the way I talk to myself is so much more healthy now than what it used to be.
I think if anything, I'm a bit sad that I used to think as aging was a bad thing.
And it was this sort of big moment, and so many women said to me, "Oh, no, my 30s is amazing-
And I'm like, "You're just saying that because you're no longer in your 20s."
... has taught me so much confidence in the fact that I don't really care what other people think of me as much.
