I have some very urgent and important breaking news.
Headlines on the Join Anik and Kenny Florian podcast.

So I'd imagine if Raul Rosas Jr. joins us as scheduled later today, I will say to him congratulations on a monumental win in your first UFC main event.

And also on behalf of MMA fans around the world, maybe we should thank this 21-year-old for potentially... preventing another athlete from life-threatening or life-altering damage by showing restraint in a fight-ending moment.

I know we have fun with some of Kenny Florian's finishes on this program, right? But this 21-year-old man has got it all.

He is a great human being, a great fighter, and he might just do what he set out to do and become the youngest champion in UFC history.

I think most impressive was the fact that he was able to deal with all of that adversity.

You never saw the fight leave him, which we see so many times where guys are doing everything to try to get the win.

And after a round or two rounds or three rounds, you just see them just kind of submit to the fact that they're going to lose.

But, you know, because in a lot of ways, he did not... maybe cause what happened to how any Barcelos potentially, but what he was doing was he was trying to win that fight.

And that was most impressive, especially for a young man in the UFC in his first main event.
