um herbine i think stopped it because tim sylvia didn't tap and so uh he was kind of like inverted arm bar uh frank basically snapped his arm herb saw it heard it tim probably felt it but he had so much adrenaline he wanted to keep going but herb said no no no you can't you can't continue that's it fractured limb and so that's one way he won it and then the second time uh i know he beat brock lesnar but How did Frank Mir win it the second time? Do you remember? I

He's a real scary dude.

And Herb Dean was willing to let these guys die in there.

And that's the good thing about Herb is he'll let you fight on, brother.

I mean, Levy Rodriguez, I thought they were going to stop it earlier.

And then Herb Dean let him fight, and Rodriguez came off the fence and landed a really heavy right.

And I thought that he was going to be in trouble, and then he wound up dropping him with a right cross.

Really fucking exciting fight.

At first, I thought it was a bad stoppage by Herb Dean.

Then I saw the replay, and the guy fucking fell out of the cage.

So, yeah, it was a good stoppage.

Uh, very interesting having him sit, and obviously he's not someone who's shied away from any of the controversy around it, it kinda fuels him.

And even Herb Dean, um, crops up in this episode.

So to us, the casting was stronger, uh, at, was str- as strong as we needed it to be without those two figures to tell the story because it's just, um, you know, a rivalry that burned so hot, and so many moments that are kinda ripe for the recreation moments that we often do in the show.

And, uh, just felt like, like we were equipped to do it well with the people in that world that we were able to get to sit.
