I'm your host, Craig Hankridge, and each episode I get to chat with great humans doing great things in the world of healthcare.

We get to learn a bit about people's journeys, the pathways they've taken, the pivot points, the hardships, and really get the key insights and learnings that can help us get the most out of our career, find our version of success, and hear some great stories along the way.

Today on the podcast, we have James Ferry, podiatrist by trade and since graduated and has added so many more tools to the toolkit.

James is well known for his deep dive work with shockwave, with ultrasound, his ability to really level up what he can deliver as practitioner by, and he goes through this really frankly, by going to things that weren't made for podiatrists, going to essentially conferences for medical professionals, going to things where he didn't even have the right kit, the right scrubs because he was the first person to go there that wasn't medically trained.

I think this is a great insight into creating your ideal week can sometimes mean doing things that are different to the norm if you want your career or your week or your day to be different from the norm.

This is chock-a-block full of insights, and James communicates them super well.
