Ep 108 - Total Eclipse of the Charts

This week Josh and Sean discuss the record-breaking chart performance of Kylie Minogue and Madonna as their collaboration, Love Sensation, hits the UK top ten. How many more hits does Madonna need to pass Cliff Richard? Why don’t old people know how to stream music? All this and more is discussed! The pair also discuss the recent partial eclipse seen around the UK and how the moon is actually travelling away from Earth, meaning one day eclipses will be a thing of the past. But don’t worry. That won’t happen for another 650 million years or so. The episode also explores the rising cost of renting a home in London. From bedrooms in share houses to caravans in a stranger’s driveway, working class people are being forced out of the capital by extortionate rents for tiny properties.
