So I'd actually say AI native law firm is an inclusive term that includes fully AI powered law firms where the human involvement is minimal and then ones which include human attorneys.
But the human attorneys in an AI native firm are ones who expect to be working with AI, who know how to use it, who are trained in different ways of working.
That's definitely not AI native, even if you're really good at prompting and it gives you useful results and it can save you time.
To go AI native, you need to take that next step up to really leveraging the AI, knowing how you can change the way you work to benefit from that.
Like if you're going to call yourself an AI native law firm, you really got to be in the thick of it.
So before we get into what your law firm does and Visser AI, give me a little bit about your background.
I studied electrical electronic engineering university and realized then that I was far more interested in how the tech worked than in designing the tech.
And a patent attorney is a great fit for that because you get to understand, see new tech all the time, still now every day.
In the UK and Europe, your qualification route is you start with your science degree and then it's like a long apprenticeship.
