with What just struck me as so incredibly funny was all the things you've learned.

Your love of movies leads you to Blockbuster.

You think, like, this

is—you don't get better than this.

There's no better job than working at Blockbuster.

Because as a kid who grew up outside of anything in Hollywood, it was like, that is the closest I'm ever going to get to the entertainment industry, being in Blockbuster.

I have control.

I feel like it's a spot.

And, you know, video stores are—you know, this is a place where— working on a Friday night was actually like a blessing.

I was like, I want to work on a Friday night there.

Cause I'm going to see everybody I know in a good way.

And they're gonna be psyched.

Cause I'm like, it's going to be in a good mood.

They're excited.

Right.

And it was, and you know, and I, I love that idea of a video store so much that I remember going with my dad to like a video store in Queens.

My dad lived in Queens and all the videos were behind like, uh, in like almost like the way you would put rings and diamonds.

You couldn't touch them.

You couldn't touch them.

You had to get the number.

You got to write a number and then they'll tell you if it was in stock or if it wasn't in stock.

And they always

have like one copy of

each.

Yeah, that was it.
