And, uh, what did y- what did you have continued thoughts about this, this big action since the last time we talked about it?

I think it was more just, like, it was kind of- I think it just comes up in so many examples and in the work that we were doing-

I didn't even know you could do that." Like, [laughs] it's like they just innate natural, uh, space of just, one, like understanding obviously new technology is a huge, um, thing for them as well, like, as I'm getting into the older side of the workforce, you know.

Um, and then also, too, though, like I think what we really honed in on last week is just that sense of like, um, streamlining or optimizing the delivery and execution of something.

Like, I think they're really good at looking at a 10-step thing and being able to distill it down to be like, "Uh, why do 10? Like, I think we could do that in five or four," whatever.

Um, so I think there is, uh, that kind of viewpoint, which I thought was really cool that we brought that into the conversation, 'cause I think a lot of companies are focused on that kind of work, but they're not giving, um, that segment of their work demographic, usually the, the ownership or the, the A to work on that kind of thing.

They're usually giving the ones who have done it a tried and true way, and then asking them to optimize and not really engaging, you know, that facet of their, their teams, which might have some really impactful, um, results for them if they got them to weigh in on some of it.

I get you want the subject matter expertise, and that's where you're thinking, but there is something to this, like, just the way of working and the way of approaching the execution that I think is really interesting.
