So Power BI dashboards, are you using any kind of AI? Not yet.

Okay, I'm going to go ahead and tell you, because we've got some forward-thinking leadership team here.

We're pretty heavy into Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude now.

We're getting ready to connect our Claude to our data warehouse.

And Power BI, so the VP of...

I don't know, people and culture.

She and I were like laughing over teams the other day.

I mean, we spent hours and hours and hours mapping the different metrics that we wanted on our BI dashboards.

And Matt's like, where does this come from? And what does that...

She can do an export now or have a scheduled report.

She can do those in...

BI without any support from our data team.

I met with my team.

I'm part of accounting and payroll, HRAS.

I'm the director of people technology, so it flows in all the different things that you're talking about.

My accounting team is doing some cool things too and they did the same thing.

pulled the information, put it in Claude.

Claude, they were getting to their usage limits.

And so they put it over in Copilot, got it to build it.

And now it can build it like totally custom reports in like an hour.

That's pretty cool.

Yeah.

We are just kind of starting to get to that point.

Like right now I'm working on a TA dashboard and I'm digging through what they were using.

I mean, they're putting in a slide deck, which that's how you do it when you write, but I'm digging through and trying to take four reports and turn them into one, you know, because it's like this report, it's the same criteria, just has a different output because I grouped it differently.
