and we were trying to connect to document manager for ina and everything going in there and then our compliance person said hey there is no rule set up in document manager to handle the destruction so that's that was another thing we had to back up

Yeah, we outsource everything over to Equifax when it comes to I9.

And they don't let us have our – like, we can pull documents.

We can, of course, download them out, but they don't give us an option to create that connection to store it in Document Manager.

And we just – we accept that as just the way that it is.

You don't want to handle that, yeah.

Yeah, the onus isn't on us anymore, so it's fine.

So it's going to be a big struggle once we're forced to switch over to the new experience that has Bright automatically.
