Never say no. Um, and I think too, when, when I was looking at some of your work and I was thinking of some of the quotes from John over the years about, you know, things like prayer, um, which he's actually said a couple of their tunes are kind of like a prayer, like live it well, only hope, um, You know, some of those are just like straight up, straight up prayer.

He said, sometimes it can be really hard in our fast paced society to slow ourselves down enough to begin to listen to God's voice.

When he went off alone into the desert to pray, he was teaching a valuable lesson.

I feel like one thing I get a lot in conversation is people may say, well, what's the point of prayer if God knows what's going to happen? But to me, it's about so much more than just requests.

And even as you mentioned, there's even like health benefits for those who who are praying.

So that's where some of your work comes in and would be good for people to look into for sure.

Yeah, I always think of prayer as like entering into this ongoing conversation that God is already having with us.

You know, Thomas Keating says prayer isn't designed to change God, but to change us.
