I, so yeah, big fan of AI and I've started really really getting into cloud co-work.

And it's been maybe a couple months since, I don't know, I think you were on Powers back in April or March.

I just feel like with how fast AI is changing, it's like every couple months there's new capabilities, there's new models, and probably new things that you're utilizing it for.

And so I would say the team started pushing me into AI very early on, um, probably almost a year ago, I'm guessing on the timeline here, um, and started to, you know, with the language learning models and these are the things that go out.

And then I started to personally mess around with, Oh, chat GPT and what's going on and, and Claude and some others.

So inside of our bare space, we can do a quick test fit and we're using the Revit files and doing a layout.

But sometimes people can't visualize what does that actually look like? I mean, y'all are in the real estate business and you kind of can walk into a blank space and see it.

So now we've been able to amp up the visualization tools to make it almost feel like it's really real.

And so it's helped on the Verispace buildings, but also we have transformed, I think, over 6,000 offices across the country.
