Yeah, I mean, when I worked in county mental health, you just were the next therapist on the list and got assigned.

There was like some rare occasions that maybe someone might be assigned to a specific therapist for a reason.

But generally, you got really good at diagnosing, at working with a wide range and variety of issues.

And so you, this is something we do talk about, right, in business school and Zinni me about how sometimes the burnout and the struggle in private practice happens when we replicate what we know from our previous employees, employers.

So when you say it was a disaster, what does that mean to you? What does that look

And I had a lot of clients that would come in, and it wasn't a good fit, or I wasn't really well-versed in working with their specific issue.

And then they'd just drop out, or they'd cancel on me and never return, or they'd just ghost me.

And I wouldn't know why or what was going on, and I just wouldn't see them again.

And there was a few, of course, there was a few that were really good fits and that stayed with me and graduated in a timely manner and, you know, made a lot of good progress.

I had huge issues with imposter syndrome, thinking that I didn't know what I was doing.

But you were simply just replicating that they call I work with them because that's what you do.
