So avoiding a disagreement with Sean is going to lower my anxiety and make me feel better.

Yeah, I was at Pepperdine yesterday touring their brand-new basketball facility with their athletic director, Tanner Gardner, and it is one of the most beautiful facilities in the country.

There's a terrace that overlooks the ocean on, like, the fourth floor.

There's, like, lounges and private suites.

It's, it's incredible.

So I'm doing an event there next year, Cory.

But the second and arguably far more dangerous disadvantage is what Pepperdine University's private capital markets report defines as information asymmetry.

Information asymmetry.

So basically the experience gap between the two sides of the table.

You're saying the math actually proves that trying to save that fee is the most expensive mistake an owner can make.

Dramatically.

And this is reinforced by the 2024 Pepperdine University Private Capital Markets Report, which tracks exactly how multiple expansion works in these deals.
