changed apart from we're a bit older and wiser and yeah we love experimenting online I think it's really interesting I love your writing around the fact that you are coming back to social media so you've got this beautiful identity that some of us know you as you've got a beautiful book out in the world but then there's this piece of like I'm coming back but I'm taking care of myself and I'm also writing on Substack and I'm kind of working through all of the things while also juggling small children I love the honesty around that

And subsects is such an amazing platform, I think, because it's a way to obviously write and get paid, which is becoming increasingly difficult to do.

And I happen to be very good at a different type of social media, which is Instagram.

And I'm coming back because of necessity, really, because I need to work online because I live abroad.

And I think having the long form option of Substack has definitely been a part of that.

Do you find that you sub-stack writing and letting things spill out long form then informs the Instagram or do they feel like very separate channels to you?

But I love that I have space to sort of, you know, indulge nuance on sub-stack and really work through a thought.

And then I can take it to Instagram and sort of like, you know, not dumb it down, but make it more digestible for somebody whose attention span might be shorter.

And I think the two hopefully are complementing each other at the moment because initially I just didn't really know what to do.

I didn't know how they could live alongside each other, but I'm working it out.
