Liam, fair to say, after the high we had from last week in defeating the Roos, this was a very lacklustre performance.
Yeah, the public commentary from coaches and players has said as much.
It's difficult to argue with them.
We didn't look up to the pace of the game.
We got punched in the mouth really hard early.
I mean, at the end of the day, it was 13 scoring shots to one in the first half.
Like, you don't really need to say a lot more than that.

Look, Geelong's ball movement was fantastic.
It was, at times, sitting there just as a fan of the competition, an absolute privilege to watch the way they move the ball, especially by hand, like running out of defence.
But, yeah, we weren't
up to the standard we were last week, and the Cats showed why they are, you know, looking like one of the best teams in the competition this year, and they found a really good way of protecting their leaky back line, and it's don't let the ball get anywhere near it.
Yeah, that's it.
The way that we turned the ball over, it wasn't the Hawthorne football that we like to see.
As I said, precariously placed in terms of the ladder where we're currently sitting, Liam, and we're just outside the eight, but at this stage, our percentage is almost 20 points or just over, sorry, 20 points behind eighth place who have Fremantle.
And, you know, we've got this week's game against Carlton who are currently one win and percentage above us inside the eight.
Yeah.
This game is next week.
We'll talk about a bit later is massive.
Like we want, I watched the blues on Friday.
They looked really good as well.
The Ron Fitzpatrick was utterly terrifying on the wing, three goals coming off the wing, just completely dominated that game.
But yeah, we are sitting percentage just under 100.
If you'd offered me four and three at this point of the season, I probably would have taken it.
