Alex EllenbergHostHawkaGuestAnd in the ugly section, we're just going to say, not even actually what happened with Monty, the team from the major that you all remember, that had that run with the players with Gizmi and Azuwu and Bemas and Afro and all those guys.
And then you remember, they look like they're even going to like, do a deep run in the playoffs but it was obviously 9z was more of the up and coming team that had the big run there and then right afterwards there was the whole story where all the squad except gizmi got sold to luminosity and then because luminosity had locks and then everyone was like lol what are you doing gizmi was the real prize and then gizmi went 100 thieves and then sort of mixed results so far, but people are interested in that project, right? It's not even any of that.
Like, we don't mean if you're someone who's been under a rock for the last two days or the fact that, you know, Monty doesn't have their players anymore.
If you even look who they've just announced as their roster, by the way, it's like team kicked.
It's like all the people, you know, that get kicked out of teams, they're just all in this squad now.
want to play say yes like there's not even any roster construction right even though they're not bad names but also it's not even the fact that like they they did the whole thing with like they didn't like gives me go first the real thing we're picking is why it's ugly it's the social media of monty and how they've handled this issue because what what's bizarre is i actually think if they hadn't have basically tweeted about any of this topic or replied to it for the last two days Actually, that is the only thing people would think about Monty.
I believe it was even started by, like, wasn't it actually started by some guy in the war or whatever? And it was a bunch of people in the Ukrainian scene who started a team a few years back.
There was a whole bunch of elements to it that were quite interesting, right? Obviously, if you look at them, they've sort of outperformed themselves as an org, haven't they? They're not an org that has big money on, big salaries.
That's why you see a lot of players move on from there and go to other teams, et cetera.
I would say, if anyone knows, you can put them in a similar vein as other teams in their region.
Bait in a circle where, you know, sometimes you have some good players, but also you expect once a player moves on, he moves on to bigger things.
What's bizarre is they've basically done a thing where on Twitter, I can tell you, because I've been, you can imagine if anyone has a spicy social media, I'm going to be aware of it, aren't I? Because all they do is immediately try and bait my account and say some rude shit to me.
So I don't even need to, like the modern dramas to know that something's happened.
When now, it's been announced that B-Mass is actually benched from Luminosity.
