When you were researching and you said you have this professional career, you have a medical degree, I'm guessing, if you're a dermatologist, right?

Did you have extra money to invest? And that's why you found your way into vacation rentals.

Have you had conversations or had you had conversations with your colleagues about this? And was there like kind of a thread of people investing in these types of properties?

You know, there wasn't.

I had built a pretty big home in Utah.

So I'd gone through the process of buying the land.

I developed it, hired a contractor, and started from ground zero.

So I kind of had a passion for creating something beautiful.

And so we created this beautiful home, 6,000 square feet, just gorgeous views.

I joined a mastermind early on with some, you know, smart investors and saw what they were doing.

I'm like, well, I'm used to researching, you know, that's, that's half of what we do is dive into the data and make good educated decisions on that.

So, um, you know, that research was mostly me, but surrounding myself with some smarter people in that space was really helpful.
