Alexa HirschbergGuestNichola WeirHostMaryHostBecause often people think of acne as like it's a teenage problem and some people just have it into their adult years.
But it really is often a signal that people are going too hard, stress is through the roof.
Like it can be you're in the prime of your life and enjoying everything that you're doing, but you're just not giving your body a rest.
Yeah.
Well, Nick, when Alexa first came into the treatment room to see you, what were some of the things that you pinpoint? Because you always say whenever you have somebody on the treatment room bed, you're like, I can just pinpoint so many things, even if it's just from a skin health intake.
So what did you see?
The biggest thing for me was the fact that Alexa's breakouts were in a U shape, which is automatically signaling stress.
And I could just tell from the fact that, you know, there wasn't the congestion in the T-zone.
So we know it's not just an oil problem or, you know, sometimes I'll have people that have congestion only wear blushes or contour.
a like you said when you haven't been someone that struggled with your skin you kind of have to learn skincare in a deeper way right and then for us it was working out how do we get a skincare routine that suits your lifestyle because when i first met you and i mean it's still kind of octane going cra you know like working crazy The fitness instruction and being in sweat and racing around is such a huge deal for skin that's in distress.
And I'm going to stop here because I want to get into your gifts because I feel like I could sense.
And this was something that doesn't happen often for me is I could tell before we even started the facials, the products.
I knew, and we, we remember we talked about it and it pretty much played out like the, the Pacific touch journey isn't often like that.
