One of our mutual mentors will talk about the, what was it, Marianne Williamson, was it? And Gabby Bernstein both wrote a book on A Course in Miracles and their personal experience and journey with it.

And totally different book, same subject.

Yeah.

It can be an inner being.

I know Gabby Bernstein calls it the Ng.

A Course in Miracles talks about it being the Holy Spirit.

I kind of go back and forth between my soul and my inner being.

What we think we deserve, what we think is possible, and what we believe about ourselves.

Today, I have a very special guest who's Gabby Bernstein, a New York Times bestselling author and author of 11 books.

So no wonder she's actually one of the most influential voices in personal growth, spirituality, and she's known for helping people shift from fear-based thinking into believing into who they are.

We're diving into limiting beliefs, trauma, and what it really takes to rebuild trust in yourself and something bigger than you.

It's probably been about eight years steady of me asking that almost every single episode.

And I remember a number of years ago, somebody asked me, "Between all the people that you interviewed, what's the common thread?" And again, I've, I've interviewed the m- the most outlandish people from Bert Kreischer to Kurt Angle to Ed Mylett to Gabby Bernstein, all these individuals who come from different walks of life, live a totally different kind of life.

And I was like, what is...

It's a good question, but I don't necessarily know the answer.

And then the next thing she said is, "My way is made perfect." She believes in God, so her God makes her way perfect.

But when she said that, I also thought about that famous line in The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it." And you know, Gabby Bernstein, Gabrielle Bernstein, has that really good book as well, The Universe Has Your Back.

So like faith is gorgeous because faith just takes out all the like us, you know, it's kinda, it reminds me of that Rumi quote as well, you know, "You were born with wings.

Stop crawling." Because when we're in fear, we're all like wrapped up into the detail.
