So what we really had to do is instead of accelerating straight in towards a star and going as fast as you could, we had to figure out a way to slow down.

So we were constantly using Venus in order to lower our closest approach to the sun, the perihelion of that orbit.

And so over a couple of years, you know, we launched in twenty eighteen, every couple of months we have one of these visits to the sun, and each one of them we're getting closer and closer and closer.

And at this point, we are as close as we're going to get to the sun.

Southern Hemisphere first.

From Sydney and similar latitudes, Venus is the evening object, and it wants dealing with promptly, low in the west after sunset and setting quickly, so the window is the first 45 minutes once the sky darkens Worth the trouble because it's building towards greatest brilliancy on the 18th at magnitude -4.8, about as bright as Venus ever gets.

And the pairing you mentioned.

Sunday and Monday evening, the 13th and 14th, a very thin waxing crescent sweeps past Venus, and on the 14th they're about half a degree apart.

That's a moon width.

Spica is right there, too, so there's a third point in the picture, and this one is genuinely ours.

Safety passage.

Yes, and it's in every episode for a reason.

And then that transformed into hidden masters not even living on Earth.

They're living in Venusian realms or in some higher plane of existence, and that we could connect with them telepathically.

And that laid the groundwork for the contactee movement.

Yeah, Venus, Jupiter even, like all the planets, Saturn, they were coming from Mars, all these planets.

Venus in Scorpio that's moving into a square with Pluto we're gonna be visiting that square with Pluto on Monday very intense anytime Venus and Pluto get together Mercury's hosting that square and so part of what we're doing is with Mercury and Neptune what they're bringing up is setting the table for a the Venus-Pluto dynamic early next week.

So it's quite an intense little chapter we're walking through over the weekend with these two planets.

Now, people frequently think of Mercury-Hermes only in terms of things like the rational mind or communication and speech, technology, all of which are fine.

And the stained glass windows are color-coded accordingly, so cool blues and greens on the east side for morning serenity, warm reds, oranges, and golds on the west for fiery sacrifice.

And this emphasis on the use of light in the cathedral points to the directional significance of the sun, which was one of the seven planets in the medieval cosmology, where you had moon, Mercury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn.

Churches were built most often facing east, so that the ascent of human words and song in our morning worship could parallel at the same time the rising of the sun.

This is a video I took of St. Lawrence's Cathedral in Genoa, and it was just unbelievable the way the cathedral and creation align with one another.

Now, the process that can be made repeatable, that is definitely something that you need to be capitalizing on today in terms of focus and putting things together.

Now, the reason being is because Mercury changes into Libra today while Venus is moving into Scorpio.

So put it together like, okay, we're moving from things like analysis to negotiation and pleasure, right? And power, then, you know, focusing in on value.

Now, this is great, great energy for asking yourself, Where is my money leaking? Where is my time leaking? Okay, and where is my attention leaking? Because it is a currency.

Be mindful.

I want y'all to know the deep vibes are coming from this power disc of Venus entering Scorpio.

Now, it does this in the early rising, and it's going to shift the money relationship atmosphere from Libra's negotiation more so towards debt, leverage, and shared resources, as well as strategic value.

that's a good that's probably a better um using the kind of polarities to describe the same sort of phenomena rather than you know my more conceptual language i agree with

that yeah there's like a little bit of the sun in the saturn and a little bit of saturn in the sun and it's it's really useful just as an aside um when if somebody's meditating through the planets and the signs um meditating on on planets as opposites you know like you can see the moon and the sun as opposites you can see the sun and saturn as opposites you can see moon and mars as opposites you can see venus and mars as opposites you can see venus and mercury as opposites you can see mercury and mars and you know as opposites and there's and by like opposing two things you can see each one more clearly so but it it it's it's just you know as an aside it's that's a it's a fun thing to do that's on the side i think that's a

i think that's what this show definitely is more about like it's more to appealing to like the more intermediate magician i think in in the sense that like that's what i like to also discuss like i would call it the sephora but the planets are like one density so you have to like you were saying like astrology is kind of like the fundamental backbone of all um esoterica i totally agree with that i think that's a great point and i but i also think like even astrology itself is only well in a tantric way of thinking it's only the outer layer of reality whether there's two um three nine seven or five layers however you want to describe it i'm very flexible in in the sense that like i have a belief system that i follow But like when describing it, I've come to realize like not everybody has my same background.

So I better, you know, make sure that I can accommodate other people's like worldviews.

I think you said the fundamental word.

It's about relationalities between the planets and like the Garuda Prana gives a really great example that I always like reference because it stayed in my mind for so many years, but it talks about Tulsi.

So Tulsi is obviously in the Garuda Prana, at least is ruled by Mars and, um but it it says that when the when it's flowering it is ruled by mercury interestingly enough and when it is in seed it is ruled by venus so it's kind of like a just giving that sort of like correspondence that even the life cycle of the plan itself can have different sort of planetary expressions within it

well sure and we can look at dandelion right so the flower of dandelion is very solar You know, it's this yellow flower that opens during the day and closes at night.

And then by Monday, the moon moves into Scorpio.

So, Scorpio, of course, fixed water, and it meets immediately Venus, which has just newly arrived in Scorpio as well.

So, I wanted to take a time to talk about an aspect pattern that I talked about a couple of pods ago that has been with us and will be with us at least for another week, and this is this fixed T-squared.

So remind yourself a T-squared is in opposition with two planets 180 degrees directly across from each other.

So it makes a right triangle.

And it's fixed because all of the signs, or pardon me, all the planets are in fixed signs.

And so here it is, Venus and Scorpio.

The moon joins into this fixed squared.
