Also this week, it has now been revealed that there are, wait for it, 34 candidates standing in the Clacton by-election.
Many would say that that just throws the entire affair even further down the rabbit hole into abject chaos.
And now, a little later on, John Stevens from the rejoined EU party will be joining me to discuss his candidacy in Clacton.
Certainly better than Nigel Farage and he aims to give it to them by tackling the issues that really matter head on.
He also wants help from you guys so if you live in and around the Clacton, Frinton-on-Sea area you can certainly fill your boots with a little bit of door-to-door canvassing over the next three weeks.
