Yeah, I actually – so I know my name's not displayed on the screen here, but my last name is Cook, but it's K-O-C-H.

So I always try to be very intentional about trying to, you know, specifically pronounce names correct because, of course, that's never – been pronounced correctly in my life.

And, you know, I think as we, as we kind of, uh, I shared with you before we started taping, um, I also really, really enjoyed, um, Donald, Donald Miller's story brand, uh, book, read it a few years ago, uh, and really took some good lessons away from it.

Um, you know, what I found is it's kind of for a, it's for a particular it's consumer psychology.

I mean, ultimately, like what he's describing is a version of consumer psychology, what the what the customer is thinking, what they're trying to achieve, you know, what phase of that, what stage of that process they're in.

I mean, when it comes to the sale, when it comes to they are the one who are charging out into the world to go and see who sells the best product, who is going to solve my problems, the solutions that I can take back to my family and really kind of stand in that accomplishment, really.

But I also think that sometimes it's hard to map that entire storybook framework into a modern digital world, which, of course, is the approach that you all take every day, specifically on websites.

So if you don't mind, maybe just walk us through how LIFX and as a, you know, as a certified, you know, Story brand.

Uh, um, what, what is the correct terminology there? A certified story brand implementer or something.
