This is the list, um, that I walk clients through if they're just like, "I hate my meal plan," like, "I, I don't follow meal plans because they're so boring." And I-- frankly, I, I understand this.

If someone just told me to follow a five food meal plan, I would probably do something that I can't say on YouTube.

So let me just say, whether you're flexible dieting or you're following a meal plan, whether you're hitting macro targets, your emphasis very much should be on whole foods.

It should be on getting things that are going to help you feel better, but that doesn't have to come at the expense of hating your foods.

And if you really, if you resent your food, even if you're just like, "Eh, it doesn't really do it for me anymore," don't wait until you're so bored with it that you just go off the rails and you opt for the closest thing to you.

The amount of times I've heard someone say, "I binge on things that I don't even enjoy just because that's how much I hate my meal plan," let that sit with you for a second.

Don't let your resentment towards your plan, towards your food choices, towards a specific food, be the reason, the justification that you eat something that's not even good.

At least have the thing that you're actually gonna enjoy, but don't eat it out of convenience just 'cause it's the closest thing to you.

If there's something that you just, you can't stand, uh, about your proteins, your carbs.

Yeah, I think I have this in, like, five different categories, fruits, veggies, fats, dairy, other, which I have a fun story that I'll share there.
