We need to talk about perfectionism because it has become one of the most socially acceptable ways to sabotage your business.
But what if that's not actually what's happening? Because I work with a lot of incredibly capable, anointed women.
And one of the biggest things that I see slowing them down isn't perfection.
that they don't know what to do, but it's that they are so concerned of doing something wrong that it takes them forever to do it at all.
And in business, that really matters because it affects how quickly you can make decisions.
It affects how often you make yourself visible, how confidently you sell, how quickly you launch, how willing you are to test something, and how quickly you are able to recover when something doesn't work.
And if you're listening to this podcast, I know that that is a goal of yours is to make more of an income and more of an impact.
And so I want to unpack what is actually underneath perfectionism because it's not as simple as I just like to get things done.
And I know this because I have battled perfectionism and I still can be triggered in ways that can ignite a little bit of the perfectionism in me.
