Secret Life of the American Teenager: Falling in Love, Rewatching & Roasting
Jun 6, 2026 · 52 min · 16 segments
Move over Dire Straits and the title/song reference: it's time to really party.... with Secret Life! Woo ya. At the Juergens house, it’s business as usual: Anne is serving *divorced woman in a power…
We're going to start off in the most depressing location, which is the Jurgens kitchen.
And George is like, why are you wearing a power suit? Just because you dress the part doesn't mean you equal the part.
And then Thomas phones.
If you remember Thomas, he's the kid we met at the bus stop last episode.
She's like, Ashley, phone, Ashley, phone.
But Ashley's nowhere to be found.
So she's like, oh, she's not here.
Bye.
And then Thomas turns and he was with Ashley the whole time.
I think they had done that as sort of like a point to prove, like, call the house and ask for me.
They'll think I'm there even though I'm not.
And that's exactly what happened.
Poor Ashley.
And so then Amy walks into the kitchen moping as usual.
And Amy's like, well, I'm not sure I can get a job and I don't think you can get one either, which I'm sorry, I just have to point this out.
Remember when a few episodes ago, Amy was like, Mom, you could become an architect like today or something like that.
And now she's kind of under the impression that neither of them are qualified to do anything.
So character development is lacking there.
