Pastor Rick Cloherty - "Ekklesia: Dare to Dream" - 12th July 2026

But anyway, we are on a series called Ekklesia, which is basically the assembly of people going after the Lord.

So we spoke about the church not actually being four walls and a roof, although this building is great, but the Ekklesia is where two or more gather, and it's the people coming together as a body of Christ.

We can gather in a park, and we are the church.

Yeah? Yeah?

We don't need to be in a building.

It's amazing to come into a building every Sunday and gather with other believers to get encouraged, to get edified, to get fresh hope.

To be in the presence, to worship the Lord alongside someone who's singing louder and off tune than you.

But you just feel it.

You can feel his passion.

When people start to worship together, yes, you're laughing.

When they start to worship together, it builds up something in the room.

There's a hunger in a people when they gather that the Lord loves.

I'm telling you, he loves it.

He's like, I'm going to pour out.

I'm going to bring my presence among those people because they are hungry and they are thirsty and they are longing for more.

He's probably looking at Seacoast saying, yes, come on, churches.

I want you to just be a bit like these dudes.

They're awesome.

I probably shouldn't have said that, but...

But the conference was about dreaming, and it's amazing to see the vision of INC with their main message that I got.

Will you dream? Will you dare to dream? Dream of what? Dream of a great move of God, whether it looks like something we're not familiar with or not.

Will you still dare to dream? And when we dream, when we dream of things, it builds up a hope.

a freshness in us where we might be rock bottom.

You start to dream of something and move towards it.

It brings a life inside of you that is usually God-breathed, and it needs an emotion.
