Dee DanielsHostAaron O'LearyGuestSo, you know, being able to do what we do and to, to see is something that, I never imagined as a kid.
I was a manager coming up out of high school and then kind of worked my way up through college.
And then I transferred over to Southern University after two years because junior college, you can only play two years.
And then I transferred to Dallas Baptist, which is a dream school of mine growing up in Dallas.
So then I ended up transferring to Division II school for my sixth year because of COVID.
So I had to transfer to Division II because Division I didn't grant me any more eligibility.
And then after Angelo State, I thought I was done playing baseball and I kind of hung it up.
I literally threw my cleats on top of a phone wire and it's still hanging there today in San Angelo, Texas.
So it's actually, they need to put like a plaque next to it and say like, here lies, you know, Nick Wilson's baseball career or something like that.
um and then i was working a job uh literally a desk job at dell technologies and i had you know worked for a tryout and um got invited out to a banana ball tryout in nashville actually and then ended up working out and then now i'm dancing on a baseball field in front of a lot of people so it's uh it's it's very cool but it's the uh the most awesome part about it is you know not only are we entertaining like i think the entertainment part is really cool for the fans but for the players it's still an extremely competitive environment.
