Yeah, so the former Hynex Hyundai plant, there was a request for a zone clarification, essentially.

There's not a specific, like, we're going to build a data center that's X and Y size.

So a local land use lawyer on behalf of a client that we don't know asked the city to verify whether the zone, called the E1 zone, if a data center was a compatible use.
