So if maybe you're used to getting 500 to 1,000 views on YouTube, your posts.

And then all of a sudden now you've been pushed out to 20, 25,000, or, you know, in other cases, maybe you really go viral and you get like a million views.

I actually had a friend, um, who I, she does online coaching in a different capacity.

And she did this funny post or reel of her daughter getting like, her daughter's like 12 years old, getting acrylic nails.

And like, they were super long and, um, She, she had filmed her daughter when she said, her daughter said, are they going to keep it like this? And she said, yes.

And then the daughter looked at the nails and like the way her face like looked so shocked.

And then she posted it on her account, which had nothing to do with health and fitness.

And I saw her like get excited and like not know like really what to do next.

Ideally, you want the reel that does end up in people's spaces to be about running, if you're a run coach, versus it being about your daughter's nails.

But the reason why those people did end up following her is they probably went to her profile and saw something they liked, and then they decided to follow.

But to give you perspective, she gained about 1,000 followers, but 6.5 million views on the reel.

So that's actually a really low percent of people who saw that reel and decided to follow.

So today we're going to talk about the three things that you really need in place if you do end up going viral and you want those people to be interested in learning about you as a coach and continuing to follow you and grow to know you better and potentially hire you as a coach.
