But this house came up for sale in Nosara and it was just like too good to not jump on.

Like I basically couldn't say no to it.

And what ended up happening after I bought this house is I had this experience of like this exhale, this like, relief and like safety and security.

And anyways, so I, so I chose Samara because of more of the locals.

You know, if I were to go to Nosara, Nosara's great.

It's, it's, it's very expensive, but they have like great surf, beautiful like gyms, like great food.

But there's a lot of Americans and Canadians and Californians, and I'm like, "But I'm not down here for that.

It's, it's just...

And the food is good, and the people are amazing.

It's very, it's very local versus like a Nosara or a Tamarindo or even a Santa Teresa.
