What happens when the habits that helped build your business are no longer enough to help it grow? Stu Wolff has lived that problem firsthand. Before becoming an expert EOS Implementer and TIGER 21…
After everything you've lived, what's the difference between a company that has values on the wall and, let's say, a company that truly lives them? You mentioned you had these A players who were connected with core values.
I'm guessing maybe some of them left or you had two different warring groups with different values and no values coming together.
What would you say about that as far as, you know, having it on a wall versus just really internalizing owning them? Yeah,
And so when I work with my clients as an EOS implementer, That is at the root of what I really emphasize.
When you see one of your teammates doing something, that's a positive, the way they handled that client, the way they worked with that other employee, their teammate, and be able to call it out and say, hey, you know, Bill, I just saw how you worked with our customer on this issue.
Being very specific to the action, the behavior, and tying it back to that value.
curious, Stu, how important it is to re-presence, re-presence what those values are, the mission, the values.
