We're experiencing a heatwave in the UK right now so what better way to cool of then diving headfirst into *Ice Warriors* — ITV's baffling attempt to combine Gladiators, Mad Max, ice hockey, figure…
Ice Warriors.
It was all filmed in Manchester at the 9X, as it was then, which was one of the first places that had a permanent ice rink, like an arena with a permanent ice rink in it.

At this time, Nottingham Ice Arena hadn't been built.
It was still the old, the ice hockey was amateur.

I lost three more men, that's a
mystery.
I think this is just after the start of the Ice Hockey Super League thing that started in Britain as well, isn't it? Because I used to go and watch Manchester Storm because it's cheap.
As long as you're bringing it back to the 9X.
Oh, did they?
And it's well expensive as well.
Anyway, but this set, right? This set? This set must have cost them a fortune.
Yeah, and they don't really use it to the full extent of what I was expecting.
I don't know if something happens at the grand finale.
