One of the reasons that I wanted to revisit our earlier conversations, one was to make sure we don't repeat too much 'cause that's what those other episodes are for.

But at the same time to think about like what haven't we really talked about yet?

And obviously we've only, I mean for the show, we've only spoken three times so there's a whole world of things that we haven't talked about.

But specifically I was thinking about how when you're in relationship and, w- you know, we've talked a lot about the ways that your day-to-day experience bring up echoes of the past, memories-

... feelings, sensations in your body from the past and in fact, in, in one of those episodes we talked a lot about how to, um, when you're with your partner, how to figure out like is this, is this something that's happening here in the moment or is this just a ripple from the past and, and how do you work with that?

One thing though that we didn't really touch on is that for, for most people I'm imagining they have an experience that's somewhat like mine and maybe you tell me if you can relate to this.

There's the ways that when you're in a relationship, when you're in a partnership and you have all the experiences that can add up over time that can lead you to potentially associate lots of joyful memories with your partner and, and hopefully you are working on building a, a positive narrative.
