I mean, is that kind of what's happening? That in the absence of clearer rules and regulation, it's all about this arms race to protect yourself?
21:47
No, I agree.
21:47
No, thank you, Kelly, for having me.
21:49
I mean, even if you look at what Darnell and Altman said this weekend, AI doesn't make hacker...
21:55
It doesn't just make hackers smarter.
21:57
It changes the economics of hacking by removing the human bottleneck.
22:00
And that makes cybersecurity, I think, more strategic, not less, meaning AI becomes more sophisticated.
24:09
I mean, is there a particular type of company or a market position or a valuation story that you're looking for now that we've seen these gains for which horses you kind of want to bet on from here?
8:07
Taking information up to the brain.
8:09
Exactly.
8:09
Feeding the...
8:10
Yeah.
8:11
And so if something happens and we go, "Ugh," so that, that signal gets registered as injury in the brain stem, then it goes down into the organs, but then it gets sent back from the guts back to the brain, where it becomes amplified.
8:29
So we first start with, "Oh," and then it gets amplified to, "Ugh," and then after a period of time, it becomes, uh, it becomes fixed as the symptoms, say, for example, of, uh, irritable bowel, which is again very common for people who have had trauma histories.
8:50
So the key is to break these feedback loops that I've just described so that they're not continuing to send messages back to the brain that says that the threat is not over.

Fourth woman
19:27
Yeah.
19:29
So we lived under the umbrella of him, uh, killing us.
19:37
And, uh, you know, I, I...
19:39
This is a memory I did not have consciously.
19:42
It had been walled off.
19:45
And, uh...
19:46
But I was experiencing some, uh, physical symptoms and some momentary flashes of images, and I was realized...
21:10
Hmm
1:42
... and how working with the body helps the, helps trauma begin to heal?
1:47
Let me start.
1:49
Um, you know, when I started working with people in the actually late '60s and '70s, um, you know, this was way before trauma was ensconced in the diagnostic manual as PTSD.
2:10
So it's still like 12, 13 years before that.
2:15
So I didn't know, I was gonna say unfortunately, but I would say fortunately, I didn't know that trauma supposedly was an incurable brain disorder, maybe a brain disease, that could at best be managed with medications and helping people to change their negative thought, their negative beliefs.
2:37
And so I kind of got to start from ground zero.
2:42
So let's, I'll give a, a s- couple of simple examples here.
