I was watching that Steve Bannon conversation with Ted Koppel, and I'm probably going to get into depth because it's a long conversation, but I want to get into a little bit of that because it's not so much about what Steve Bannon said to Ted Koppel.
And as I'm listening to it, Ted Koppel can't – he doesn't even realize he's revealing himself and mainstream media.
At one point he says something that blows my mind.
He says that mainstream media today is responding to right-wing media.
And Steve Bannon catches him in that moment.
Koppel doesn't even know what he just said.
The mainstream media doesn't have to respond to anything.
Its job is to inform the people.
When you are saying that the news media is responding to other or alternative media, that's not reporting the news.
That's not informing the populace.
That's agenda-based.
You're pushing back.
You believe that the other side is wrong.
You are picking a side.
Ted Koppel, who many people like to say, oh, very, very smart and reasonable, measured man, bull crap.
Damn rather, hack.
They're all hacks.
I try to tell people, think about this.
Think about it.
Back in the day, we had only three major networks.
And I'm not talking about your affiliates, you know, here, but major networks.
