CNN's Manu Raju asked Cooper if he had regrets about the way he and his administration handled the, quote, "court-ordered settlement between civil rights groups to reduce the prison population during the COVID era." No matter where the current status is of any of those races, In my mind, the way that we take those races that are toss-ups, past toss-up, is we get involved and we stay connected in that message.

Now, in North Carolina, you have a little more difficult case 'cause people don't quite get it, but they're gonna find out.
