Really? Yeah, because you have to power through the day and in the middle of the day you eat some stuff and the least amount of calories you need is at night.

What does our brain rely on to keep it going?
Oxygen.
Water.
Glucose.
What? So fueling yourself well and setting yourself up for a very healthy and productive day.
