and um now i'm sure looking back you're like ah that's this is the reason i was supposed to be doing this work yeah you were supposed to be doing this work right um but i think it's so frustrating to hear that like i've heard your story so many times that so many people have had their basements flooded and their belongings destroyed and it doesn't matter what they do it doesn't matter how much they mitigate the problem and i think for me i'm starting i think everyone is getting frustrated with climate change and the fact that our government's not doing anything about it the people that have the resources to actually make change and incur climate change we have the solutions we have the technology it's just not being implemented

So how do we like what are some ways that you would suggest we get there? How do we get there?

And that there are so many things that we can do that we are waiting for better leadership in government to implement.

that the responsibility and the um not only the responsibility but the action items that we can do we don't do near enough

near enough um from conservation just basic things i've always been a recycler i'm a cornball so i raised my kids in a very cornball way um a cornball we're just so corny we were always the corny people you know like granola No, yeah, like a cornball.

Corny, you know, like even hearing it from my kids' perspective, they're always like, yeah, my friends.

The other day, my daughter says that Her friends had never heard of loungewear.

So I wouldn't let, when my kids came home from school, it was like, loungewear, please.

Don't come here, bombard me with questions in that prison uniform from school.

So my daughter just told me the other day, she's like, no, ma, nobody ever heard of that.
