In this week's episode of The Pure Health Podcast, Kirsty and Nicole dive into why staying healthy during winter feels so much harder than it does in summer—and why the answer isn't simply to "find…
Well,
it's a very common theme every winter where motivation drops off, consistency drops off.
And not all of us can
go on a European vacay.
No.
And,
yeah, we see this with our clients.
We see it within ourselves.
We see it with, you know, consultations getting booked in.
Like there's such –
Yeah, because it's so wild, guys.
Like it's actually kind of nice for us all as the girls get burnt out.
But like over I reckon June, July, August, like the clinic is definitely like a little bit slower in bookings.
And then
comes summer.
Yeah.
But it's actually ridiculous.
Like all year from September to end of June is just like the girls cannot keep up and are constantly like not stressed but like let's say borderline stressed sometimes just with the amount of copious bookings that come through 24-7.
But it's so funny for three months of the year.
I don't know why people just decide they're not working on their health and they go into like this high – It's really weird.
Which is what we want
to debunk today.
And I think it's getting really clear on the mindset behind it and the expectation or the kind of.
It's not all or nothing.
It is an all or nothing really.
