We're getting to the apex of our ability to be able to stand Southern Charm.

Hopefully you guys are still enjoying it.

The cringe is what is keeping us going.

Yes.

We are fortified today with alcohol.

What are we drinking again, Heather? Vodka plus?

We're fighting the good fight.

So I had this on one of our earlier episodes of this season.

It just reminds me of Southern Charm.

So it's called Owen's Transfusion Mix.

It's hot on the golf course scene, everybody.

But it's grape juice and ginger ale, which you would be like, meh, maybe.

But it's a really good mixer.

It's, as Maria described it, light and airy, effervescent, I don't know

what

you

called

it.

But it's delicious with vodka.

This one is one of the Lost Boys leaves Neverland.

Yes, which I'm not quite sure having extensively watched this for us to be able to discuss it.

What the heck they're talking about until the very end is what they're referencing.

I really don't know.

I tolerated it.

We're at season one, episode eight.

There's only two more episodes.

We can do this.

After this.

and honestly i feel that this episode really brings the whole season together

it is the finale of the season i say that not having done the research and i meant to do it maria we all know that bravo shows nowadays especially these reality ones have a reunion at the end but they didn't always have reunions at the end and i feel like this is one of the first shows that i started watching And the reunion came.

It was like season one, you get a reunion.

We believe in you enough to have a reunion.

And this is that one final episode that we all know and love.

Bravo caps everything off with this is what everybody's doing.

Yes.

I was really looking forward to that and going down that memory lane.

And so we're going to do it together.

I'm excited.

Honestly, I feel the same about those reunions.

a show is a real show bravo is investing in it if they do a reunion however it depends on the location is it on the watch what happens set if so i would say they're not entirely sure if they believe a hundred percent if they go out and they create a full set yes those of you that are og subscribers if you remember the real housewives of new jersey

It

was very stark.

I think it was just six chairs, a few tables in between, a light fixture, and then Andy's seat.

That was the early days.

Now they're huge affairs.

But yeah, I get why Southern Charm would be one of those shows that they'd want a reunion from because it is so juicy.

Yes.

It's not as juicy to me now in the pure sense that it was.

When I first watched it, I was like, oh, and Catherine, and Thomas, and Shep, and she fucked them

all.

Oh my God.

Now it's a very different vibe, I think, because with hindsight and also comes the maturity to look and to think about, for example, Thomas Ravenel, who I am four years older now than he was then.

I can't imagine dating someone even in their late 20s right now.

Forget about their early 20s.

Yes.

I cannot wait to zip through this.

I think my favorite part and the part of these episodes when we record together that keeps me going is you going over the sort of previously on

Well, it's the thing that gets us all back on the same page together.

And this previously on, like the other previously on, really drives the narrative that the producers, writers, directors, whatever people that are involved on a reality show are trying to They're recapping for us what they want us to know before we go into this new episode.
