I was not content in being stagnant, so as to speak, in a place for such a long time.

I wanted to be in an environment where I felt that there was something to look forward to going forward.

So in the midst of the uncertainties, because the future on one hand was very uncertain, not knowing what to expect, not knowing whether the grass was really greener on the other side.

But at the same time, I think Having an expectation for the future does not mean a lack of uncertainty.

The future can be uncertain, but yet at the same time can be filled with excitement or filled with possibilities.

That's why I think when I was thinking about the move, in fact, it was in anticipation of something brighter, something bigger, something that will cause the growth that I was seeking for.

So it's not the absence of uncertainty, but the anticipation of what more that could be.

I think that's a really good attitude to have, right? Because every decision we make, especially big decisions, it can come with that certain degree of uncertainty like you shared.

But it sounds like the way you took it was very optimistic, from a very optimistic mindset.

I always tell people I'm cautiously optimistic, like what the analysts like to say about the markets, right? Cautiously optimistic because I don't think that life is perfect.

But having said that, I think I've lived long enough to know or to have experienced that at the end of the day, it's going to be okay.

So on one hand, even though there are times where the future looks a little bit scary or daunting, I'm optimistic because so far what I have experienced in life shows me that at the end of the day, things will work out.
